Own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile, from field capture to office-side validation and reporting.
- Lead UX strategy, research, interaction, and visual design across the product
- Own the design system and ensure consistency across web and mobile
- Run user research with field users (site teams) and office users PMs,
controllers) - Translate complex construction workflows into clear, usable interfaces
- Partner with Product and R&D on roadmap and trade-offs
- 5+ years in product design / UX, including some lead or management
experience - Strong portfolio covering complex B2B or data-heavy products, preferably in
startups - Hands-on with modern design tooling Figma; familiarity with Figma Make / AI
assisted UX is a plus) - Comfortable doing market research, customer discovery and visual design,
not just one of them
AEC, construction, fintech, or enterprise SaaS background.
