Lead the AI reasoning layer that combines imagery, schedules, inspection data,
and contractor claims into auditable payment validation outputs.
- Set technical direction for ML and LLM systems: multimodal pipelines, agents,
RAG, evals, document AI - Own model lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and
continuous improvement - Lead and grow a small AI team; set quality bar, review designs and code
- Define evals and accuracy benchmarks that make validation outputs auditable
- Partner with Visual Computing, Backend, and Product to ship AI into the core
product
- 5+ years in ML/AI, with production experience across both classical ML and
LLM-based systems - Strong Python and modern ML stack; experience with multimodal models,
RAG, agents, and structured output - Hands-on with MLOps fundamentals (evals, model registry, monitoring)
- Pragmatic, ships working systems; some lead/tech-lead experience
Experience in regulated or audit-heavy domains (fintech, legal, construction,
healthcare).
