Own discovery and delivery for NowVision’s core product, translating customer reality into a roadmap that ships and provides real value to customers.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap across web, mobile, and AI
validation - Own discovery with clients, translate findings into PRDs and Jira tickets
- Prioritize trade-offs across CV, AI, backend, mobile, and UX
- Define success metrics and ensure delivery against them
- Partner with the CEO on product strategy, align with the CTO and Tech Leads
on execution, and collaborate with the CCO to implement customer feedback - Lead sprint planning and execution, serving as the coordination layer between
the sales team and developers to ensure feature deployments are clearly
communicated, properly documented, and aligned with customer and
business needs
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or relevant industry
experience - Strong written and verbal communication in English and Italian
- Experience and understanding of construction domain standard processes
- Comfort owning discovery, scoping, and prioritization without hand-holding
Previous startup experience in Fintech/payments, Vertical AI SaaS or audit/compliance background.
